Membership Refund Policy

UDEO Membership, non-renewing

If you wish to cancel your annual non-renewing membership and receive a full refund, you must email us at treasurer@udeo.org to cancel your membership within thirty (30) days of your initial purchase. We will terminate your Membership at the time of the refund.

UDEO Membership, renewing

If you wish to cancel your annual automatically renewing membership and receive a refund, you must email us at treasurer@udeo.org with the request within thirty (30) days of your initial purchase or in the case of a renewal, no more than thirty (30) days after your renewal date. We will terminate your Membership at the time of the refund.

NDEO Membership

If you purchased your Membership through NDEO and would like to cancel your membership, you will need to cancel the membership with NDEO directly. Contact info can be found here.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Membership Fees for a UDEO Membership purchased on our website will not be refunded if the membership has been canceled due to a violation of our Terms of Use Agreement.

Conference/Workshop Refund Policy

If you wish to cancel your Conference/Workshop Registration and receive a full refund, you must email us at treasurer@udeo.org to cancel your registration within ten (10) days prior to the Conference/Workshop. Cancellations between ten (10) days and one (1) day prior to the Conference/Workshop will receive a partial refund, either half of the registration or the registration minus any food/supplies already purchased, whichever is greater. No refunds will be provided the day of, or after, the Conference/Workshop.

Jr High Day of Dance Refund Policy

If you wish to cancel your Jr High Day of Dance Registration and receive a full refund, you must email us at treasurer@udeo.org to cancel your registration within fourteen (14) days prior to the Jr High Day of Dance. Cancellations between ten (14) days and one (1) day prior to the Jr High Day of Dance will receive a partial refund - event regisration minus the school deposit. No refunds will be provided the day of, or after, the Jr High Day of Dance.

High School Dance Festival Refund Policy

If you wish to cancel your High School Dance Festival Registration and receive a full refund, you must email us at treasurer@udeo.org to cancel your registration within fourteen (14) days prior to the High School Dance Festival. Cancellations between ten (14) days and one (1) day prior to the High School Dance Festival will receive a partial refund - event registration minus a $50 administration fee. Individual Student Fees Refunds will be provided within one (1) day prior to the High School Dance Festival, so long as the refund does not exceed the school $50 administration fee. No refunds will be provided the day of, or after, the High School Dance Festival.

Product Refund Policy

If you wish to return any product sold by UDEO and receive a full refund, you must email us at treasurer@udeo.org within sixty (60) days of purchase, and the product must be unused and in its original packaging. Any request past the sixty (60) days, will be subject to a 10% restocking fee, if unused and in its original packaging. Any product that has been modified, damaged or otherwise altered will not be accepted for a refund
